[CLIENT] Can't spectate

Usually when you hover your cursor over a friend, a window will pop up with information about if they are playing ARAM or ranked. This doesn't happen for me anymore. I also can't spectate sometimes.

With the new patch, all my masteries and skin-selections reset. I don't know why that would happen. Hope it gets fixed!
