Game not receiving inputs

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this but my game has been glitched for about a week and it's becoming unplayable. I've tried looking it up and other people have similar issues but no one has posed a solution. The issue is that randomly throughout the game my inputs will stop registering. It's not lag, as my ping doesn't change and I can clearly see everything going on around me with no delay. It's not fps, because once again no lag. I can see that I'm clicking but my inputs aren't being registered. Any thoughts on what is causing this or how to fix it?
