Gets an S but not mastery level 7 token for whatever reason :(

So in my ranked game as of just recently, I had played Ahri to try to get an S+ or S which I got an S which normally gives a token mastery 7 but in the Loot and Crafting Inventory. It appears that I did not get a Mastery Token 7 with a score Ahri of winning with 7/0/7, 212 cs, 13k gold at 27.16 on 09 November, 2016 in OCE Server with the patch 6.22 the Assassin patch up. I want to know if this is a bugged or glitched system client and get my token back T.T

I just experienced the same thing with my Mastery 6 Amumu. I just won a game with 14/4/12 and got a S, but for some reason no Mastery 7 token. I guess it's a bug with the new update - i hope it'll get fixed cause my Mumu deserves Mastery 7 ;_;

I've missed out on literally dozens of master 6 and 7 tokens with S rankings over the last month. I thought you had to achieve an S and then win an RNG lottery to get one of those tokens.

I've just had the exact same problem on EUW, at around like 21:30 UK time.(Mastery level 6 on Darius) http://prnt.sc/d59fsy

It seems weird how it's happening on both EUW and NA servers tho, hope rito fixes and gives us our well deserved tokens ^^
