Unable to login

I have an NA account that I use to play with friends. I have tried both the account recovery and the password recovery because it will not let me login. I haven't changed the password for my NA account and was able to login a month ago before I went on holiday. Is there anything else I can do? I hope this is a bug that is not allowing me to login. I don't really know what to do anymore
