Ranked Flex 5s Matchmaking order always stays the same.

When queued as a full team of 5 in Ranked Flex 5v5, for some reason the orders of the players are always the same, and there is no way to change the order. This is a problem because we all do not own all the champions in the game, so our mid, who for some reason always is first pick, will often get counterpicked in game and creates a pretty anti fun champ select. Not sure is this is a bug or intended, changing roles to all mid or something the pick order stays the same.
