Mouse Frozen

Every time i try to connect to a game my mouse is frozen in place and shows the default windows mouse instead of the League In game cursor. I have tried alt tabbing, reconnecting, and even closing and debugging the league client but this problem persists. I can use the client menu just find but it is completely immobile when in game.

Is this happening to anyone else, if so does anyone know a fix, ive already tried closing all other applications on my computer
