Why hasn't ashe been disabled yet?

Going into ranked at this moment is suicide because left and right we are getting duo's who pick ashe and fiora or ashe and brand so they can dominate the match, we need to get this fixed, major streamers, regular players, youtubers, and the entirety of reddit are bringing visibility yet riot hasn't even said anything, let alone disable the game breaking champion.
