[GAMEPLAY] Shen empowered Q autos do not proc after dash/taunt

The title pretty much says it all. Q > E > auto attack. That first auto does not proc with the Q.

Specifically, use Q to get empowered attack. Dash at target. Click to attack. Shen uses his small sword/normal auto instead of Q auto.

This only applies to the attack that comes right after the taunt. The next attack is the empowered one.
