a couple consistent errors

Hey all,

Hope all is well with everyone. Seeking a bit of advice. I'm currently seeking solutions to two long standing issues ive had in the game.

1.) occasionally in games, i'll load in and my keyboard hotkeys do not work at all. If you press p, the shop doesnt open, you can't level up your skills, basically all the in-game commands stop working. I'm led to believe its not my keyboard because I can still type messages in game. But the commands don't register. ive had this issue for about a year. I do faintly recall reading a solution about this at some point. I believe the issue was deleting a corrupt file, but ive been unable to find it since, and havent actually been able to try it. For the record, 95% of the time, exiting the game and reloading resolves it.

2.) Out of game, i'm having issues getting some features on the client to load, or i'll get errors asking me to check my internet connection or try again later. As far as i can tell, I have well above 99.99% connectivity year round with decent speeds (~120mb/s) and moderate ping in the 30's. but I cant say ive ever had a noticeable internet loss in the last 3 years. Its particularly troublesome in the "loot" and "loot" tab. In the loot tab, almost 100% of the time I have to reload it, because upon the first click, the screen stays black. I have to select another option and go back, and then it usually loads. In the "collections" tab i'm also having frequent issues, but much less so than the loot tab. often times when I try to purchase a new champion or item, I get a prompt saying "there has been an error with your request, if you continue to see this error, please contact customer support" so, as a result of that, here i am!

I'm assuming the issue is on my end, since there isn't a large amount of feedback about this from other people. So any info to a solution would be much appreciated.

I hate to contribute to the total negativity, but i'm really underwhelmed by the response time, even if its a useless generic one. Ive gone through several updates and experience the problem on mulitple platforms, but no one is willing to even give me the time of day. This isn't needy whining, this is 4 months of waiting and no response. Id even be ok with "it just isn't economical to fix this issue" but this is "we don't care about issues"
