'YOU'RE USING THIRD PROGRAM' MSG POPS UP WHEN I CLOSE EVERY PROGRAMS EVERYTIME I PLAY LEAGUE

After the most recent patch, I had this weird message coming out constantly at the very end of the game.

'Unfortunately, your game has crashed and it's likely because you're using third party program'.

No, I didn't type 'cheat engine' on my browser,

No, I didn't use any cheat engines,

No, I didn't run any programs when I play league.

So the most recent game, I got disconnected while I was 1v1 my opponent; which was unfortunate but trying to figure out what's the issue rather than just raging at you riot games. I assumed, discord (even though it was not even running on background, it was completely closed) might be the problem, I decided to delete discord before I reconnect to the game.

After 3 minutes, I got disconnected again, showing the exactly same message that I'm 'likely' using third party program again.

Also, I would like to mention, in the same game, opponent support got disconnected while invading, then he got disconnected multiple times too. What is going on, and I'd like to get a solution since I couldn't get any clear helps. item 3070 item 3070

Try restarting your computer, maybe there's something else in the background that's triggering it.

It's a known error, I've been getting it too. They said they were fixing it and it was on the server status listing as a known bug. For right now, install the Hextech Repair Tool (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/224826367-Automated-Troubleshooting-Hextech-Repair-Tool) and repatch. If that doesn't work, use the Hextech Repair Tool again and press reinstall instead. If you still are getting the error, open a support ticket.
