Bilgewater Event Summoner Icons

Since act 2 has come out for the bilgewater event, there is the second tier of summoner icons. I chose Graves' path and went ahead and did everything it said. But now that I'm finished it, unlike the first time, I didn't get the pop up saying i was awarded the icon. I went to the home page and clicked on the box and it said that i should contact riot. Has anyone else had this problem? How am I supposed to get my summoner icon and continue with the event?
