Jungle creeps regen during Volibear fear

If you fear a jungle creep as Volibear before allowing it to attack you then it will keep its out of combat regen until the fear runs out. I have had this on red buff, blue buff, wolves, krugs, and gromp. Unsure about the other camps, only happens when a fight is opened with the fear.
