Crystal scar cursor bug, now in Summoners Rift. GG riot

as title says, the bug with maps causing mouse cursors to disappear completely from people's computers even after exitting the game, mind you this bug has been around for the entire 2 or so years ive been playing. now it is has made its way to summoners rift and just costed my team a ranked loss. gg.

probably also levied a few reports against me since i had to restart.
