League client unable to create a lobby [Client]

Went into a group ranked game and no champions appeared when looking to declare my champ or ban a champ. I was then chucked out of the game and when i go to the top left to go into a lobby it comes up with the following "We aren't able to create a lobby right now. Please exit the client and re-open it to try again". I have tried this a number of times and it keeps coming up with the same error message.
