Vladimir's R heal ratio doesn't scale with ap from his passive

Hello guys,

I wanted to show you the bug with one spell of Vladimir : His Ultimate As you know Vladimir gets AP and HP with his passive ( Every 1AP ->1.4HP and every 40 Bonus HP -> 1AP ) The ultimate of Vladimir have a heal ratio of 70% but the AP of the passive ( so the AP you got with your HP Items ) dont scale with the heal ratio and it should scale with it. I posted a screen as example that you could see more precisely what i wanted to explain.

EDIT : Okay guys thanks to Pungentkillstick who tested and this is a Tooltip error ( his screens ) : http://imgur.com/a/ecZTa http://imgur.com/a/smtCx But Vladimir still heals nothing with the AP you get with HP from Gargoyle Stoneplate http://i.imgur.com/0Tu8nay.jpg The Tooltip error still need to be fixed by Riot and i ask you for Gargoyle Stoneplate if you have any ideas why the ult heals nothing with this item
