[GAMEPLAY] Karthus Pentakill in Practice Tool

Not a gamebreaking bug, just so u know it's there .

The bug is probably created when dummy is not able to heal fast enough. Here is how i've done it: 1.Picked (i guess any champ with similar spells like karthus e would work,example Amumu. Didn't test it) 2. Bought 3. Kept E on to damage dummies while casting ult

-Sometimes dummies would just die from e, not the ult. Q also works while e is on. -I can recreate this bug every time.
