Blitzcrank's E bug

"Power Fist's empowered basic attack can no longer be canceled" -- In this patch. I was playing Blitz and following enemy champ, E+Flash is enough to kill him. And i hit E + mouse2 + flash. I am Flashed and i am directly hits most nearby minion. I did not change my target. Guys check that!!! Thank you.
