QSS not dropping fizz ult

See the video. After getting hit with the fizz ult, I activated QSS to drop it. Clearly, it did not.

It removed the CC like it should. The fish stays. Not a bug.

This is incorrect. Activating QSS drops the fish at your current location. See this video for proof:
