Super Teemo - Berserker's greaves homeguard [Crash] [Gameplay]

I usually buy berserker's greaves homeguard to build Teemo . But, SOMETIMES, when I recall, this item bugs and I'm unable to leave base faster. It's kind of boring and unfair in late game, when we are in hard teamfights. Sometimes I recall 3 or 4 times and everything's normal, but sometimes it isn't. Am I wrong? Isn't suposed that this item works everytime we recall? I mean, I buy for jinx, ashe, cait, kata, fizz, etc, and it works everytime in perfection. IMPORTANT: I noticed this bug since I bought SUPER TEEMO skin.
