Inhibitor

So,this is what happened We were pushing the mid lane and the inhibitor was respawning,we wanted to focus it,we never heard the notification it respawned.Because it never did.On the minimap was a red dot/circle and when we want to right click it we cant target the inhibitor.The inhibitor just stands still,it exists fully respawned,but minions pass it,we cant target it,and we dont have super minions.Please fix the bug i believe it was very bad for the enemy team
