The Youtube Channel MissFortuneDaBes showed an interaction between MF's Passive and the Electrocute keystone in his most recent video (as of the time of writing this). Similarly to the Lux bug and Sheen bug in 9.14, where Lux's Passive bonus damage, or Sheen's bonus damage counted towards the three hits for Electrocute, MF seems to possess the same connection between them. The whole video is him showing the interaction, first in the Practice Tool, and then in a matchmade game. While I'm a big MF fan, I'm pretty sure Love Taps shouldn't be being taken into account when it comes to the Electrocute keystone.

it should count because the damage love tap applies to an opponent is separate from the auto attack when calculated as damage and electrocute builds off of all skills and attacks when the first shot hits she is hitting you for an auto attack and a skill or if you Q two separate skills. to be honest at least for now i don't see a reason to remove it her win rate hasn't increased and her play rate continues to drop even with it currently at 1.7%
