Ghost Nocturne Tail

Is ghost nocturne's tail a graphic error? because in my opinion it looks so pix elated and outdated even with the skin reworks and also the tail is attached to the ground which I hate an absolute ton which is the reason I don't play him anymore I used to love the skin till the rework, now it seems very poor done and terrible can you please fix it if it is a graphic error? also if you think that the skin doesn't need it since its not purchasable at the moment then think again since the harrowing is in 4 days which will release all the harrowing skins, well i think you will release all the harrowing skins for a limited time like last year at least. and please don't disappoint your buyers with this skin :D and this problem has been posted about in the past on the old forums.

TO THE RIOT MEMBER THAT WILL MOST LIKELY REMOVE THIS SINCE IT ALWAYS HAPPENS, PLEASE KNOW THAT THIS IS AN ISSUE AND I FIND IT TO BE A BUG AND I DON'T HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE TO KNOW THAT IT'S NOT A BUG JUST SAYING!!! this is just feedback which you guys appreciate and i'm just giving my opinion by the way.
