More than 9 runes Bug

Hi there, I just recently encountered a bug. I think normally we are allow to only have 9 of the same runes, but i dont know what happened to my account. I am pretty sure that i only selected 9 of those runes, but somehow i got 17. Can you have me fix this problem. Thanks. Hopefully i can get a refund. Here is a screenshot.
