everything frozen

My names zanlick, i was in a game of 5v5 normal game not ranked then everything on my screen froze but the clock and ms checker thin. it too me 20 mins to finally leave and join back and it was back to normal. we lost the game and now i have 20 minute queue from a stupid bug ;( im so foking dun with life
