Twitch poison stacks not showing on Omega Squad Twitch [GAMEPLAY]

In this video, you can see that Twitch's poison stacks aren't showing when he's autoing minions. I'm not sure if this is specific to Omega Squad Twitch, but if this is a very common bug, it could be very game changing.

I don't know the steps, as I was watching this on Annie Bot's stream, but it's a very strange bug nonetheless.
