[GAMEPLAY] Practice Tools Bug for the New Client

Hello! I fully understand that the Practice Tool is in beta and is naturally prone to lots of bugs and glitches, yet there was one thing that really bothered me for a week or two now - And that is the Rift Herald.

When attempting to practice Rift Herald strategies as Heimerdinger , I slayed the Rift Herald and proceeded to goof off for a few minutes before deciding to reset the game and try it again with a different build. Yet some time passed by after fast forwarding the game over and over again, and I noticed that the Rift Herald didn't respawn at all. I held Tab and looked at the top - And sure enough, it was permanently gone.

If you happen to slay the Rift Herald and then reset the game, the Rift Herald never respawns. Nothing can happen to trigger its respawn, either. The bonus it drops works fine - But the Rift Herald itself seems to be broken. I have not tested if it fails to respawn after Baron Nashor spawns after it, but I suspect it could also be the case. Either way, I understand this may not seem very important, but it's still a bug that has bothered me as I was hoping to waste more of my time testing solo Rift Herald strategies with other champions as well.
