Queue freezing for whole team, still able to chat with each other.

As I went to queue up for a ranked draft game tonight my whole team froze at the 0 mark of the countdown to pick your champion you desired to play. After the wait it jumped to me who was unfortunate enough to have 3rd pick which wouldn't allow me to click my ban or push ban in general. After waiting the whole time the counter was stuck on 0 all the while my chat was still working. This resulted in a dodge penalty. I have a video of this happening im just not sure how to upload it here.
