[GAMEPLAY]Renekton cursor bug after using E

when using Renekton's slice and dice(E ability), these is a possibility that the cursor changes into the blue target ping indicator or sometimes a red sword cursor. it doesn't happen all the time. but when it happens, it disables you from using A command, clicking on the minimap and therefore using teleport. to me. the only way to get rid of this ping or sword icon is to use slice and dice again. and of course the blue ping cursor comes back again the next time you use the slice and dice. personally this "seems to be not a big deal" bug totally ruined my mechanics and i lost my top lane so hard as renekton. this made this champion unplayable for me. i know quite a few players have reported this bug but i just want to draw riot team's attention to fix this bug as soon as possible. fix it rito! i have faith in you!

Just created similar thread. I thought its e-w-e bug but i guess you are right. problem is in e spell

Please fix this. It makes it so that you can't left-click an enemy to see it's items and hp and stuff.

I see this isnt fixed yet. Walk to a bush and hit b to recall but break it instantly and it fixes the cursor. Saved the champ for me, can play him again. Sometimes i do even mid lane, takes only a split second.

happens with irelia and some other champs as well. Hovering a ward or trinket and then cancelling its placement with movement the cursor generally fixes itself

i have the same bug. i hope riot will fix this soon. renekton is my main and this mousebug is really annoying.

If anyone still wants to play Renekton you can sloppily circumvent the bug by checking a box near the bottom of the keybinds menu that says something like 'use spell after spellcast'. In my keybindings it's the very last option. The e still bugs out, but with this box selected the reticle returns to normal after using another spell (like Q or W or another E). I found him playable in ranked, but I am not entirely sure how this interface option affects the rest of the game. So far, I haven't found any negative consequences to having the box selected.

I have the same issue with Renekton's E. Happened in a ranked game. 80% of my game my cursor was stuck like this. Should be easy enough for Riot to reproduce. Hopefully they read this soon and disable him in ranked until he's fixed....

I always use smart casting but it doesn't seem to matter if ranged indicators are on or off.

Avoid Renekton until fixed.
