Game won't work pls send help ;-;

Ok so, about 3 days ago, playing league with some friends, completely fine, come home from a long day of work the next day, loaded into a game, computer completely freezes, and it's been happening every time I load into a game, I have tried repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling it, i'v even factory reset my laptop, and the same issue is happening, idk if it's because of the new Windows 10 update because of the stupid "Windows Defender" that won't go away, but none the less I'm at my end, I don't know what else to do
