Come on. Really?

I'm not sure if I am posting this in the right place, but anywho. Okay so, I understand you guys have a beautiful system for punishing people who go AFK. We all appreciate that, really. However, a few hours ago I was about to go in a ranked game when all of a sudden your dear client crashes and didn't want to start up, I ended up joining late game causing my teammates the loss and a very angry Polish person screaming virtually. After that, I receive (I suppose) a couple of reports which understandable, I would've reported myself after all this was my promo match as well. I then get a low priority queue of 20 mins for 5 games.. which is ridiculous after all it was your client that was not responding. And now, I tried playing, waited those 20 minutes, and as soon as I hit accept, it said Error: Could not join game or something, got me out of the queue and now I have to wait another 20 minutes, unsure whether I'm even going to get in. Please, I appreciate your system, however it could use a little adjustments. Just wanted to put it out there I'm not expecting to be removed from low priority queue I just wanted you guys to know, thanks. ily all.
