Playing Kayn causes the game to freak out first launch

Whenever I play Kayn, I have this bug where the first time I get into the game with him, my entire UI looks like this. I have to completely close my game and re-open it to play him. This seriously needs to get fixed or somebody tell me why its happening so I can fix it.
