Kicked out of promos

On the 5th i got kicked out of my promo series to go from silver 1 to gold 5. After playing 2 games i noticed i was not in my promos anymore. i lost the first game and won the second game but the second game did not show up on match history until i played a normal game after. but the game did show up in the extended match history before i played the normal game. Before i played the normal game i noticed i only have 82 points and wasn't in my promos when i should have been and the second game should have been on the match history as well.
