[GAMEPLAY] Rammus' Face Plant

So I was playing Rammus last game, and at one point in the game, after using power ball or defensive ball curl (can't remember after which it was) Rammus got stuck in his ball curl postion and remained like that the whole game (even after death) so he spent the game with his nose stuck to the ground. Using abilities or dying didn't fix the issue.
