Black Loading Screen (Unable to connect to server)

Hi, I'm from Cambodia. This black screen issue happen to almost everyone I play LOL with. I try every possible fix provide by the outdated and never been update LOL connection issue (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664#wq11). I got the 20-30 mins ban a lot from this problems. I do a lot of research on this problems already most of the solution did work. Riot! fuck you this game to going to trash. This game is turning to a game stressful.
