[Gameplay][Jarvan 4]: Champions can past thought the Cataclysm wall!

Newest patch, Navigate Jarvan 4 and just use your ultimate(R) on and enemy champion. Notice that the Champion can bypass the Cataclysm walls. Please disable him, it will ruin a lot of ranked games and cause afk and flame.
