Tahm's E is bugged

I was playing a ranked game as tahm, when pantheon who became rather fed was one of our only hopes no offense to the other players. But at my dismay teamfights became unbearable for i wasnt able to eat him with his passive up or down we tried everything i even got demoted because of this please dont let it happen to other players im now sure what was wrong
