[Client] and [Gameplay] Client and Game Lag Badly and Stutter With Recent Patches

I'm not sure if it's a new graphics driver or something, but I was going to play League on my laptop today after not having played on it for a few weeks and now the client is really laggy. I went into a ranked game just thinking it was the client, but the game was hitching as well. League might not be compatible with a new Nvidia Geforce graphics driver or something. Are there any fixes?

Specs: Alienware 18 (2014 Model) CPU: i7-4930MX GPU: Dual Nvidia 780M SLI SSDs: 4x 256 GB LITEONIT SSDs RAM: 32 GB

I think i'm having the same problem. My client/game has been acting really strange, like i have high ping even when i don't. Minion's will die and still be there, things will jump around, etc.
