names and friends list messed up

the player names in chat are all random looking letters and numbers and now my friends list is switched names and pictures and really gets annoying when i invite the wrong person or dont know who is talking and claiming certian things

Speaking of interesting things happening with league friends list. I just got a friend request from my friend in another region. And it let me accept it.
