Bottom Tower Not Shooting
In a recent ranked game as Braum our first bottom tower didnt shoot at all. The enemy was able to walk right under it without minions and nothing occured. No minions were attacked either. I don't have a video of it sadly =(

Same thing just happened to me in a normal game. Was playing Vayne adc and didn't know the tower was broken until I noticed that the cannon minion, let alone any of the minions under my tower weren't taking any damage. The ONLY time the tower shot was when the enemy laners attacked us in tower range, but after they left the radius it went back to doing nothing, whether minions were in its range or not.
