So I got into my promos for gold, which was fairly easy.
Then I lose ONE game and I go to the post match screen and it shows THREE straight loses? What is this?? This doesn't even make sense and isn't fair.
Please tell me what the hell happened?

I reached promos from Silver 4 -> Silver 3. Lost first game and saw an X next to my name under "leagues" tab. Perfectly fine.
I then win my next two games but I notice I don't get the happy "you've been promoted" pop-up. So I check my profile...and now I have 85 LP and still 1 red X in my promo series page.
I checked my matchups to confirm that I had 1 loss then 2 wins sequentially in games. I never played any other games in between.
What's going on?
EDIT: I'm pretty sure ranked is disabled, actually. My games were recorded as normals but they were certainly ranked (I drafted and I NEVER play normals, anyway, unless it's team builder to try out new champs.) Also, my cursor was pre-set to ranked I went back to it - signifying that the last game I picked was ranked.
