I do not have a link. However, the only thing I am able to do on the right side of my client screen is add a friend and change my icon. When it comes to socializing or trying to even update my status I am not allowed. Also, when I am in character select I am unable to socialize with my team mates as well. It will only let me socialize in game.

I had this issue on the pbe client the past couple of days and I just reinstalled everything tonight and it's working again
It amazes me, with every client "update" it gets worse. First it started with taking major performance hits. Now it feels like all hell has broken loss and every possible thing that could go wrong has a chance of going wrong with this new client. I have to pray that when champ select comes up my runes page will load properly now.
