[Client] attack moving bug, Randomly doesn't auto attack and carries momentum of previous click

This may seem like a lag problem and I do lag, but whenever this occurs my ping doesn't spike at all. Also, it happens once every six autos on average so it is very noticeable and annoying. I have had no problem using abilities, just moving and autoing. My friend had a similar problem so it seems more likely to be a bug rather than just my computer.
