Minimap Movement while its disabled

Every new game im in i can click to move on the minimap even though in the settings its disabled. The only temp fix ive found was to enable/disable it in game, every game. Not sure how to properly fix this issue

Having the same problem but im glad im not the only one. Weirdly my other account does not have this problem and they have the exact same settings.
