Account transfer - Can't login after

Yesterday I bought another person an account transfer. After buying from NA to EUW, I got a pop up saying "You can now log in on the other region". However, whenever I try to log in on EUW, it says "The account username/password are invalid" and if I try to log in on NA, it says "The account has been transferred red to another region". I'd like to know how much more time do I have to wait, or if it is anything wrong. [sg-janna]
