I'm also having the same issue:deleting the league folder,forcing a re-patch and changing to another region while it worked when i switched to NA downloaded some files but when I switched back to Eune got the same error all over again.Right now even if I switch to any other region I still get the error.
Did you try to reinstall on another drive? Got the same error. I deinstalled lol from d: and reinstalled it to default folder (C:Riot Game...). Now its working fine.
Also closed LolReplay2 before reinstall..

also if you try going to the actual league of legends folder in your "program files" folder, go to RADS>projects>lolpatcher>releases> (some numbered folder in here)>deploy and click LolPatcher. should work.

Try to completely uninstall your virus scanner for a moment. It did the job for me. Was using AVG for years and never had issues patching until now. Simply disabling it won't do the trick. You have to completely uninstall.

I keep having the same issues downloading for 6.24 i have pressed the retry button and tried doing it again several times. I have tried doing all of the things posted but none of them work. Even deleting and reinstalling. I really need help because i enjoy league alot and i want to play. Im also on windows 7 for the information.
