Ranked LAGS

Why do i have no problems playing with 70 ms in normal games, but when i do play ranked my 70 fucking ms feels like 200 ? Why is this game so full of bugs like this ? Can't you fucking focus on what's important you idiots ? Standing on a chair discussing about useless shits but when it comes to fix you game, everyone dont give a damn fuck>
