Diana w bug

For the past couple patches Diana's W has bugged out 50% of the time for me and not giving the reset when all 3 orbs pop so the cd doesn't restart and i don't get the shield. not sure why it does this or what causes it but it is really annoying and can cause deaths that shouldn't have happened. would love for this to get looked into thanks.
