game keeps freezing whenever i try to play ranked

is there a way to fix this?? im trying to play ranked 5's and it made me dodge because i could not pick a champ had to wait an hour tried to play another game and te same exact thing happened where league said an unknown error has occured and i couldnt pick a champ

Have been having this issue for some time. League has given no answers nor have they patched. All I can say is aram first. Your champ is automatically selected. Then you wont get leaver buster.
