client freeze

So when I clicked 'accept' a game, the screen freeze sometimes. I happened more and more often. I cannot choose a champion or quit the game. In the end, I have no choice but to quit the game. Right now I have been banned for 30mins cuz they said I have abandoned too many games. It is really not my fault but I am taking responsibility for that bug. smh.**
