cant connect to game after champ select

Hi,

Since couple days i cannot connect to the game after champion select. Everything works good till game launches and then i cannot reconnect, i press buttons 100 times doesnt work. I get punished now but i did nothing wrong. I checked troubleshooting guide but it doesnt help me. Anyone have idea?
